MegaFon says decides against disclosing 2022 financial results

MOSCOW, Mar 3 (PRIME) -- Russian mobile operator MegaFon will not disclose its 2022 financial results, the company said late on Thursday in a statement.

“In compliance with the ruling of the government of the Russian Federation, MegaFon…decided not to release the annual consolidated financial statement for 2022 with the auditor’s report,” the company said.

MegaFon’s revenue increased by 10.9% on the year to 97.1 billion rubles in October–December 2021, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards.
